The
Braúna Coffee comes from the selected plants of the "Arabica"
variety. The grains are hand-picked and after washed, are sorted by
maturation level; only the mature grains (cherry) are used. These
grains are compressed through a sieve so that the peel is taken out
and then dried under the sun in patios.
This
process produces extraordinary coffee, for it decreases a lot the
risk of fermentation and uses only mature fruits, phase in which the
grain expresses all its potential of body, smell and flavor...
